سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحرص دائمًا على رضا عملائنا، ولذلك نوفر سياسة استرجاع واستبدال مرنة وواضحة:

1. مدة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يمكن تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بحد اقصى 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

2. شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يقبل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المستخدمة فقط، وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات والتغليف.

المنتجات الغذائية التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.

وفي هذه الحالة يتحمل العميل قيمة المنتج بالسعر الكامل خارج العرض + تكلفة الشحن.

3. تكلفة الشحن

في حال الاسترجاع يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن وقدرها 80 جنيه داخل القاهرة والإسكندرية.

و 100 جنيه للمحافظات الواقعة خارج نطاق القاهرة والإسكندرية.

4. طريقة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يمكن للعميل اختيار استرجاع المبلغ أو استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر.

بعد الموافقة على الطلب، يتم تنفيذ الإجراء خلال 10 أيام عمل،

ويتم استرجاع المبلغ عند استلام المنتج من قبل مندوب الشحن.

5. كيفية تقديم الطلب

يرجى التواصل معنا عبر قنوات خدمة العملاء المتاحة، وسيتم تزويدكم

بجميع التعليمات اللازمة لإتمام عملية الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy:

1. Return and Exchange Period

Return or repair requests can be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

Only unused products in their original condition with all tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.

Food products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.

In this case, the customer will be required to pay the full product price plus the cost of the offer.

3. Shipping Costs

For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs of 80 EGP within Cairo and Alexandria.

100 EGP for governorates outside Cairo and Alexandria.

4. Return and Exchange Procedure

You can choose to return the purchased item or exchange the product.

After the request is approved, the process will be completed within 10 business days.

The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product by a representative.

5. How to Place an Order

all the necessary instructions for the entire return or exchange process.
